Pheromones

Pheromones is a highly tactical pick up and deliver game for 2-4 players featuring card programming and a host of insects with diverse in-game powers.

While you must commit three cards at a time, only the bug and the distance is set. You make the decision of which direction to run only when it comes time to activate that bug. Some cards will even let you pick the bug on the spot. Think of it as “Adaptive” Programming.

On a hex board this makes for a fun, think-on-your feet kind of experience. It also means that even when a plan goes terribly sideways, there is a chance to pivot and still come out on top.
